Architectural Services
The architectural division, led by Peter L. Amara, R.A., NCARB, provides comprehensive design services including feasibility studies, conceptual planning, design development, complete permit and bid-level construction documents, as well as construction support and supervision throughout the construction process.
Over the past 16 years, Amara Associates has designed projects in many sectors including commercial, retail, medical, hospitality, event/convention space, dormitories, restaurants, self-storage, professional office, educational, manufacturing, industrial , aerospace, mixed-use, housing, religious spaces, parking structures, and residential (both single and multi-family). With a multi-disciplined firm, architecture and structural engineering, Amara Associates has direct, efficient communication between departments, delivering cost-effective, time-sensitive coordination and design solutions. By utilizing the capabilities of our cutting-edge modeling software, our clients can essentially see a project before it’s built with our photo-realistic, 3D computer-generated renderings and models. We can also generate animated videos, allowing our clients to take a virtual tour of their proposed project, all in photo-realistic quality, prior to it being built.
